Laurel Woods Estates Governing Documents

All properties within Laurel Woods Estates are governed by the Laurel Woods Estates HOA (LWEHOA), established through the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. The LWEHOA enforces the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s), Architectural Guidelines and Rules and Regulations set forth by the Board of Directors. Buyers are encouraged to read the CCR's thoroughly prior to signing a contract, as they will be strictly enforced.

All property owners in Laurel Woods Estates are HOA members who pay quarterly assessments to cover the costs of landscaping, administrative fees, maintenance of amenities, and other common expenses. The resulting improvements add to the beauty of the community and preserve property values.
